سعدنا بأن نكون جزء من قصص الحرف مشروع جميل من "منصة" برنامج التصميم والحِرف في إكسبو 2020 دبي قصتنا تسلط الضوء على حرفة الغوص على اللؤلؤ وهي من الموروث الي نفتخر فيه في دولة الإمارات. تعاونا مع إستوديو تودوموتا من إسبانيا بتكليف من منصة وبإشراف القيم الفني سامر يماني ونفذنا قطع محدودة من المعدن والصدف نروي فيها إرث اللؤلؤ الممتد لأكثر من ٨٠٠٠ سنة في الإمارات ولهذا السبب تم تسمية التشكيلة ب ٨٠٠٠ موجة تتكون المجموعة من قطعه جدارية فريدة وسلسلة محدودة الإصدار من الشمعدانات والمباخر. القطع معروضة حاليا في منصة جالري في فندق الروف إكسبو We are delighted to be part of Craft Stories, Commissioned by MENASA - Emirati Design Platform at Expo 2020 Dubai. Our story highlights the craft of pearl diving, which is one of the legacy we are proud of in the UAE. We collaborated with Studio Todomuta from Spain and curated by Samer Yamani on limited Edition design collection of metal and mother-of-pearl that that celebrates the legacy of pearls spanning more than 8000 years in the Emirates, which is why the collection was named “8000 WAVES”. The collection consists of a unique wall sculpture and a limited-edition series of candleholders and incense burners.
