Shipping policy

Please fill out all information on the form before submitting your order so that

we can carry out the shipment as smoothly as possible.

We do not accept returns for international orders except for very special cases. 

For local orders, to return you must consider the following:

• You have to return the piece within 7 days

• Shipping and other import tax fees will not be refunded.

• Any usage/missing/damaged return goods will be not accepted.

All product jewelry orders will usually be shipped to you within 7 - 14 days, depending

on the product availability of the stock.

We will send you the shipping reference number once we ship the item.

ORDERS WITHIN THE UAE

All UAE orders are shipped using Fetchr. This service aims to deliver within 2-3 working days.

ORDERS TO THE REST OF THE WORLD

All of our orders are shipped via FedEx and are fully trackable. They will require a signature upon delivery.
